There are many times in life, especially in the fall, when the mind feels scattered. This can be due to school, work, relationships, unhealthy choices, kids, and the list goes on. With a busy mind, we lose the ability to find focus, and it can bring feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress, just to name a few, leaving us feeling overwhelmed. Learning to put yourself at the top of your list, making your health and well-being a priority can help bring balance back into your life. Through the practice of Yoga, breath-work and Meditation, your body and mind learn to slow down and live in the present moment. Through the quieting of the mind, you will re-connect with your true self enabling you to follow your true path and passion in life. As with anything in life, the more we practice, the easier it becomes.  Much like  learning to calm and quiet your mind and body on your mat, it will become a positive and natural habit and it will in turn give you the ability to manage your stress off your mat day to day, resulting in a much happier, healthier and relaxed you!
